 Moderated mailing list does not work
Solution Issue:
Any subscriber can post message to mailing list without having being moderated.
Subscribers messages are not directed to moderator of the mailing list.

Possible solution:
The problem is that "User posts only" option will override "Message moderation" option in ezmlm which is used by hsphere.
To fix the problem, turn off "User posts only" option in mailing list configuration.
This way all posts to mailing list address will be put in the moderation section.
